We worked with this client to establish a strategic marketing plan for their business and more recently through a series of brand strategy workshops, defined their brand proposition and competitive advantage. We also guided their staff through a series of sales coaching workshops to arm them with the skills they needed then held monthly sales meetings to keep them on track.
During this time their brand was refreshed, a new website scoped out, designed and built. Collateral was re-designed to incorporate the new look, in the form of company profiles, newsletters, product sheets, business cards and stationery etc.
