Rosina Webb has been a passionate teacher and mentor to professionals within the marketing industry for many decades. Creating, building and inspiring has always been her mandate which manifested in the launch of her first business in 2010 – the Energise Marketing Agency.
Through her work with ambitious SME business owners, Rosina began to see a need for what she calls ‘pragmatic, hands-on education’. After all, nothing beats the moment when knowledge and learning collide, and Rosina wanted to see passionate kiwi business owners experience this too.
With this top of mind and reflecting on how hard it is to start a business from the ground up, Rosina had her big ‘a ha!” moment – and SME School was born. If there was a way to bottle up everything she had learned from creating a successful business – without the rocky road she herself had experienced – wouldn’t that be magic? Joining the dots, in April 2021 (yes, a Covid baby!) SME School was launched; a school and community dedicated specifically to the success of small-to-medium business owners.
Fast forward to today, Rosina is currently developing a brand-new series of courses for SME business owners so you can hit the ground running to grow, compete and achieve in your chosen industry.
