Rosina Webb

Owner and Marketing Director

Rosina epitomises Energise. She’s the driving force that inspires individuals, teams and businesses to grow, compete and achieve.

Before establishing Energise Rosina held senior marketing roles in a wide range of organisations including Sky City, Westfield, Telecom, AUT and Auckland City Council and consultancies.

Her passion for motivating individuals, teams and businesses to grow, compete and achieve has made her a formidable facilitator and effective change manager. These are the skills that enable Rosina to deliver on her promise to energise and mobilise individuals, teams and businesses.

Elected as a Marketing Fellow and awarded Chartered Marketer status by the CIM United Kingdom in 2011, she holds a Diploma in Business (Marketing) and a Diploma in Teaching from the University of Auckland and is Course Director for the New Zealand Marketing Association’s Strategic Marketing Diploma programme.

In addition to this, Rosina is Deputy Chairperson of the NZ Marketing Association, a member of the University of Auckland Women’s Mentoring Programme and a regular contributor to the EMA’s Business magazine.  For the last 2 years , Rosina has been a  judge for the New Zealand Marketing Awards, including the categories ‘Marketer of the Year’ and ‘Young Rookie of the Year’.

Lisa Harrison

Marketing Manager

Lisa’s experience and drive combine to make a highly effective, results-oriented marketing operator.

Before joining Energise Lisa held senior brand marketing roles in global businesses including Cadbury (Australia & New Zealand), Green & Blacks Organic Chocolate (UK) and Schweppes Asahi (Australia). From project management of new product development to leading advertising and digital campaigns, a diverse skill set is ready to draw on.

Lisa’s passion for improving businesses is contagious. Her understanding of both digital and traditional marketing makes her a great resource to deliver new ways to grow and an online presence that gets results.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) & Bachelor of Science from the University of Auckland. She also has a Certificate in Digital Marketing from the Marketing Association of New Zealand.

Natasha Birch

Head of Digital

Natasha has over 10 years of experience working in digital marketing and with integrated marketing campaigns in Australia and New Zealand.

With a solid background in advertising, traditional marketing and website development, Natasha strives to work with clients to produce innovative multi-channel digital solutions that elevate businesses in the competitive market and provide tangible results.

Natasha is is skilled in Digital Strategy, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads, Social Media Management & Advertising and Web Design, and has worked with hundreds clients in numerous industries to deliver solid digital results.

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Advertising, Film and Video from Edith Cowan University.

Lydia Whitehead

Digital Strategist

Lydia is a sharp minded and quick thinking digital specialist.  Her background includes working with leading brands such as Air New Zealand, Farmers, Spark, Mr Rental, Yellow & Paramount Pictures. With over 10 years experience in digital marketing, her broad understanding of digital trends coupled with her logical approach to strategy guarantees the right digital direction for your business.

Lydia has a Communications Degree, Performing Arts Diplomma, Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certificate and is a certificated Google Analytics professional (GAIQ).

Louise Sinnaduray

Digital Manager

Louise is a digital marketing professional with nine years experience in all aspects of digital marketing. Key to her success is an understanding of the digital world and how businesses can use this as an effective tool to drive success.

Prior to joining Energise, Louise worked with many companies, including DB Breweries, Barworks Hospitality Group, The Comfort Group, Air New Zealand and Craggy Range, helping to define and achieve their digital strategy. From project management of web development platforms to website conversion optimisation and digital marketing campaigns, her broad range of skills are an asset to any business.

Louise holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and is Google Adwords Certified.

Sarah Ivarsson

Content Writer

Sarah has worked in marketing, and in particular Marketing Communications, for over 15 years – 10 of these in Digital. She loves communicating with people and connecting businesses with their customers in meaningful and relevant ways to drive business outcomes.

Her background includes roles such as Brand Sponsorship Manager – Westpac, Corporate Communications & Sponsorship Manager – Yellow Pages Group, Digital Content Specialist – The Comfort Group (Sleepyhead) and most recently Communications Manager – Triathlon New Zealand.

She believes that Digital Marketing is the most effective, when campaigns are aligned with an on-brand customer experience and combined with a solid conversion pathway that delivers the right customers at the right times.

Sarah has a Bachelor of Science (Major – Sports Science, Minor – Psychology) from Auckland University. Her strength is in her ability to understand the technicalities of the digital landscape and to combine this with customer driven marketing campaigns.

Matt Martin

Business Development Director

Matt has been involved in the advertising, marketing, brand development and broadcast for over 27 years.  His passion lies in delivering excellence in brand and advertising campaigns.

Prior to joining Energise, Matt has worked alongside senior management both in New Zealand and the UK for companies such as; CNN, Lion Nathan, Clorox, Hansells Food Group, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Unilever, ITV, Beam Global, Kohu Road, Haribo Confectionary and Abes Bagels. This work included development of marketing strategies and implementation plans followed by extensive, integrated branding and advertising campaigns.

He’s also been working within Augmented and Virtual Reality for the last couple of years and understands the benefits of both VR and AR for brands. By adding this evolving technology, it can help develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns and consumer promotions.

Craig MacKinlay

Data Analytics Specialist

Craig’s exceptionally analytical mind, strategic approach and precision enable him to produce high quality market research and business analysis.

Craig is an expert statistician, with considerable practical experience in harnessing the power of data analytics to help businesses build their customer base, maximize their returns and achieve cost savings.

In addition to working as a Senior Data Analyst for the Ministry of Primary Industries he has held Analyst roles for Tower and Acuitas. Craig’s experience also extends to Data Analyst, Research Analyst and Economic Statistician roles for numerous research companies including CBG Research, Camorra Research, IAG NZ, Phoenix Research, and Statistics New Zealand.

His exceptionally analytical mind, strategic approach and precise attention to detail enable him to produce high quality market research and business analysis reports that are expertly targeted to each clients needs.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) with Honours and a Bachelor of Science (Statistics).

Hailey Rodger

Digital Specialist

Hailey’s work in digital content development, event management and brand awareness combine to generate strong social media initiatives. Her strengths are in the development and execution of social media awareness and online content strategy.

With a background in social media and marketing for a number of brands such as What the Fat? book, Loop restaurant and The Fairy Shop, she understands it isn’t just about ‘likes’, but about engagement, presence, brand management and slick execution.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Film and Media from the University of Otago as well as having been Restaurateur in a previous life.

Justine Chang

Administration Manager

Justine’s ability to troubleshoot, to organise and to implement efficient processes and systems ensures that she co-ordinates and drives projects to successful fruition.

Her can do attitude, exceptional communication skills and ability to manage her time effectively provides the Energise team with invaluable behind the scenes support essential to the successful delivery of client requirements.

Justine has worked in a variety of marketing, brand and administration roles across many successful brands including Sony, ACP Media, Hasbro and the NZ Herald and Carich Training Centre Ltd.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Certificate in Direct Marketing, as well as completing a CAANZ Media School “Learn to fly’ course.
