ATT’s objective was to effectively use their website, search & social media to attract and retain hosts and apprentices.
A large part of the challenge was attracting the correct hosts and apprentices as well as matching the correct apprentices to the relevant hosts.
The Energise approach
To take full advantage of the free funding from the government for apprenticeship training, we saw the value in targeting both Google Ads and Facebook Campaigns.
We have an “Always On” campaign approach, this means that we run ads relevant to the hosts and apprentices and optimise these ads monthly. Our digital marketing approach includes:
